Calls and site visits

Depending on your project, we offer:

• Remote consultations via video or phone
• Site visits (UK-wide, subject to project scope)

Site visits are particularly valuable for bespoke builds, where orientation, surroundings, and access all influence the final design.

Submitting an enquiry

You can begin your project by completing our enquiry form.

We recommend including:

• Location of the project
• Intended use (private garden, commercial, retreat, etc.)
• Approximate size or capacity
• Any architectural references or inspiration
• Site photos (if available)

The more detail you provide, the more accurately we can guide the design direction from the outset.

What happens after submission

Once your enquiry is received:

• You will receive a response within 1–2 working days
• We may request additional information if needed
